Anastasia' s impressions from the first days spent in Ostrava
Today is my 5th day in Ostrava. I can't believe, but in these few days, I did so many things! I've already met with all employees of Charity, I had 2 lessons of Czech language with our wonderful teacher, I've visited two centers where I'll be working the next year (Horizont and Vesnička). And of course, I've met so different, but so cute and energetic children!
I don't feel like a foreigner and I don't feel culture shock... My mentor and coordinator did everything possible for our comfortable stay in a new country.
I'm happy that after a long journey from Russia to the Czech Republic, I can enjoy my work, see the funny faces of the children and tell them: Ahoj!
